2023 ICC Women's T20 World Cup
The 2023 ICC Women's T20 World Cup was the eighth edition of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup tournament. It was held in South Africa from 10 February to 26 February 2023 with the final held in Cape Town. Australia won their sixth and third consecutive title by defeating hosts South Africa by 19 runs in the final.
There were 10 teams in the Women's T20 World Cup 2023, among which a total of 23 matches including the final were played in 27 days. All 10 teams were divided into two groups. In each group, 4-4 matches were played for each team. The top-2 teams of each group qualified for the semi-finals.

The Indian team's campaign ended with a 5-run loss to Australia in the semi-finals. The Australian team led by Meg Lanning won the title for a record sixth time, defeating South Africa by 19 runs to reach the final for the first time with victory.
