OFEC-13 launched
Israel launched "Ofek-13" spy satellites into space. The speed potential of the satellite "OFEK-13" is an observation satellite. The satellites, a line Israel's vision of space became obscured, would provide the military with better quality additions than their predecessors. The development and production of the satellite was led by the Space and Satellite Administration of Israel's Ministry of Defense, involving Visual Intelligence Unit 9900 and various IDD bodies including the Air Force.
